Gold Picture Frames
A gold picture frame does something plain frames don't: it makes the photograph feel chosen rather than filed. Ours are cast in brass and finished in antique gold, with the kind of ornate detailing — laurel leaves, scrolled corners, beaded edges — that used to be standard and now has to be sought out.
They suit the photographs that matter. A wedding portrait. Parents when they were young. A child at the age you want to remember. Set on a mantel or a bedside table, they hold their own without needing a gallery wall around them.
Sizes are kept practical, mostly 4×6 and 5×7, because those are the prints people actually have. Each frame comes with a proper easel back and hanging points, so it works standing or mounted.
The finish is the point. Warm gold with depth in the recesses, not a flat spray. It ages the way old brass does — slowly, and better.
