Many of our pieces are released in limited runs and tend to sell out quickly due to high demand. We focus on thoughtful curation over mass production — which means once an item is gone, it may not return.

Pre-Orders & Dispatch Times
Yes. Selected Aluma pieces are available on pre-order due to high demand or limited-batch production.
Pre-orders allow you to secure an item before it sells out again.
All pre-order items have a clear dispatch window displayed on the product page, for example:
“Pre-Order: Ships between 18 January – 28 January.”
Our pre-order window is typically 2–3 weeks, depending on production and incoming stock.
We always provide a safe buffer to ensure your order arrives on time and in perfect condition.

You may return your order within 30 days of delivery, provided it is unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and a £5 handling fee will be deducted from your refund.
